Future ‘Stars’, we have made some tremendous progress! Inside Edges, Outside Edges along with ‘balance, stops, strides’ etc is coming along well! The next few weeks, we will focus on ‘using your hockey stick – puck control, stick handing, shooting, etc’. You DON’T want to miss this ‘chat session’! Next Monday’s ‘chat session’ will be a good one!. Please get there early. I will be bringing my ‘saws’ and extra tape! The Never Ever Agains should ALL attend this one!

This is the weekend I go to Nashville to play in a tournament with me three boys (all in there 20’s). It just seems like ‘yesterday’ that I was playing in there ‘father – son’ games and skating ‘circles’ around them – now I struggle keeping up with them! But, it will be a ‘great’ time! I will be back in time for next Mondays ice slot.

I have had this document for many years and, shared it with many of my friends, teammates, co-workers, sons, etc. In no particular order, here is the 1st Golden Rule. I will include a new Golden Rule each week in Coaches Corner. I am pleased to share these with all of you!
